-Is there a minimum number of days required for rental?

  No, however, there is a 3 day minimum rental charge for all orders.

-What areas do you deliver to?

  We deliver to Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, Estero, Bonita        Springs, Naples, Alva, Buckingham, Lehigh Acres, North Fort Myers, Babcock Ranch, Port Charlotte, Pine    Island, Matlacha, Marco Island, Fort Myers Airport (RSW), Punta Gorda Airport (PGD).

-What is your delivery fee?

  Free Delivery to Fort Myers and Cape Coral are included in orders over $100 (beach areas excluded)

  Fort Myers Beach $30 delivery fee

  Sanibel Island $20 delivery fee

  Captiva Island $30 delivery fee

  Bonita Springs $10 delivery fee

  Naples $15 delivery fee

  Marco Island $50 delivery fee

-Can I pick up my rented items?

  At this time, The Mobile Nursery only offers delivery.

-Can you deliver to the airport?

  Yes, we deliver to both Fort Myers Airport (RSW) and Punta Gorda Airport (PGD). 

  Upon arrival, we will meet you outside of baggage claim to deliver your items.

  Upon departure, we will meet you at the airline departure door to pick up the items.

-Can deliveries be made prior to our arrival?

  Yes, we can deliver and set up the items prior to your arrival as long as you coordinate with the                  property manager to allow us access to the property.

-What if I need something that is not on your list?

  Please inform us in advance of special item requests and we will try our best to accommodate.

-How far in advance should I make a reservation?

  As soon as possible to ensure item availability.

-What are your days and hours of operation?

  7 days a week, 7AM – 7PM

-Do you install carseats?

  No, we are not authorized to install carseats. However we do include the instruction manual for                    guidance.

-When do I need to submit payment?

  Payment is required at the time of booking to create your reservation.

-What is your cancellation policy?

  We require a minimum of 48 hours to avoid a penalty. Any cancellations less than 48 hours before              arrival date will be charged 50% of your order to the credit card on file.

-What is your cleaning method?

  We use non-toxic, safe cleaning products to launder fabrics, and scrub clean any hard surfaces. We also    use a steam cleaner which quickly kills 99.9% of germs and bacteria, making it a safe, healthier, eco-          friendly and an all-natural way to clean your baby gear!

  Lastly, all of our rental products are fully inspected before each use.
